Privacy is to be taken very seriously and we respect yours. Coaching Flow Success Ltd. and Jo Ann Hammond-Meiers, PhD are committed to having a win-win partnership in our business relationships.

When you sign up for products or services with Coaching Flow Success Ltd., we only keep your basic information – your name, email address and, in some cases, phone numbers, if given.

We do not keep financial information used, such as credit card or PayPal information. That is, it is not stored once the transaction is completed. It is only utilized for initial billing purposes.

We use your submitting identification to send a reasonable number of emails, to process transactions, improve our website, and administer a promotion or survey or other site feature.

When you sign up for any of our telesummit events, only the host will receive your information, not the guest experts.

We do not give out your information to a third party – it is for our organization only. For example, when you purchase a product from our site, your information will be shared with the creator of that product, but only for follow-up of the product sale.

Although we have never used cookies on our website, we reserve the right to use cookies to keep track of visitors to our site. If you were referred by an affiliate, which we respect as well, we keep track of what you purchased for compensation reasons. Affiliates do not receive personal information from us.

When submitting sensitive documentation or information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner.
